E-Casting – Video Casting
E-casting is the introduction of potential personnel (m/f/d) to the customer or in the form of a video or video call. E-casting usually only consists of a brief introduction. Previous experience and basic information is discussed. This allows the customer to see whether the hostess/host is suitable for the upcoming job or not.
